Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes something doesn't work out as expected. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns and refunds when ordering from Distinctive Studio.

Returns

– Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
– We do not accept returns on items showing signs of use, stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery.

To start a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions directly.

Return Shipping Costs

– The customer is responsible for covering the return shipment cost.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
– We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method — lost return parcels cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:
– Worn or damaged items
– Returns sent without contacting us
– Items returned after the 14-day window
– Shipping costs

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or product, please contact us through the contact page.
Exchanges are only possible if the desired item is still in stock.
